Brunch for Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Members of Classes of 1984 and 1989 |

Although it seems hard to believe, 15 years have passed since we joined the ranks of educated men and women- and so much has happened in those years! We hope that you are making plans to come to our Class of 1989 - 15th Reunion in Cambridge this June. We would like to share with you an event we are planning. With the assistance of the Harvard Gay and Lesbian Caucus ("HGLC"), we have joined up with the class of 1984 to arrange an event where returning gay and lesbian alums and our friends can get together to catch up. Stewart Clifford, class of '84, has very graciously offered his house in the South End as the location of a very casual morning brunch that we plan to hold 10:00 am to 12:00 pm Saturday of Reunion weekend: June 12, 2004. It will be continental breakfast fare - a simple affair to start off your weekend of reuniting. Of course, your husbands and wives (if you are from California; New Paltz, NY; Massachusetts; Vermont; Oregon; or Toronto), significant others, and children will be welcome. You can help us right now in two ways. First, please forward this information to any of our '89 classmates who might be interested - we don't want to miss anyone. Second, please respond as soon as possible to let one of us know if you intend to come, and if so, how many others you will be bringing. RSVP's aren't mandatory, but they would help us out in planning! We will ask for donations to cover our food costs, but those should be quite reasonable. Small price indeed for the fine company and camaraderie we are sure we will have. We look forward to hearing from you and will be back in touch with more details.
