Monica Eav (1999, COL) and Matt Glicken are happy to announce (a bit belatedly) their marriage on October 15, 2011 in Chicago, IL. They currently reside in Chicago, IL. After a traditional Cambodian ceremony in Long Beach, California on August 27, 2011, they tied the knot legally in a simple, low-key party at a Mexican bar in Chicago, IL on October 15, 2011. Judge Anita Brody, U.S. District Court, E.D. Pa. and Immigration Judge James Fujimoto, EOIR, Chicago, IL, married the couple with vows of their choosing. In attendance at the Chicago party were Lillian Gutwein Scharff BA '99, Jennifer Cannistra JD '05, Blake Roberts JD '06, and Kathie Soroka JD '05.

Melissa (Milbert) Wendland (1999, COL) and John Wendland are proud to announce the birth of a baby boy, Alexander William. He was born on July 14, 2012 in Minneapolis, MN. Big siblings Jack and Eleanor are excited about their new brother but sincerely disappointed that their parents did not name the baby their preferred name, Bitey Shark.

They currently reside in Waltham, MA. "Steven and I were married among family and close friends at the HBS chapel, followed by a lovely little brunch at the Four Seasons and a honeymoon in Jamaica. I'm still at Liberty Mutual downtown, although I switched divisions a few months ago - I'm now a Senior Vice President in our commercial lines group, working on commercial vehicle insurance. Steven is a research physicist at a branch of MIT. We'd love to catch up with anyone who is in town!

Kristen Campolattaro (1999, COL)
Kristen Joy Campolattaro (1999 COL, 2009 Wharton MBA) and Omar Abdel-Hafez (2000, Queen’s University Honours Bachelor of Commerce) were married on July 24, 2010, at the Royal Ontario Museum in Toronto, Canada. We were touched that so many Harvard friends came to share in our celebration of everlasting love. Among the attendees were Adam “Waka” Green (1999 COL), Michael Fisher (1999 COL), Heather Thomason (2004 COL), Danielle Zacks Dale (1999 COL Visiting Student), Elizabeth Taxin (1999 COL, 2007 HBS), Michel Di Capua (2002 COL), Chris Hart (1999 COL), Joseph Kusnan (1993 COL), Vasco (Vassil) Ivanov (2006 HBS),Caroline Gibbings Mandell (2006 HBS) and Benjamin Mandell (2006 HBS). We will honeymoon in New Zealand and Australia later in the year. In the meantime, we are keeping busy with our new home in New York City’s Greenwich Village. Kristen is a Strategic Marketer with American Express and an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University. Omar is a partner at Sonterra Capital, a hedge fund.

Nadeem Vaidya (1999, COL)
Nadeem Vaidya (1999, COL; 2003, Tufts University, MD) and Haneefa (Wawda) Vaidya (2000, UCLA; 2005, UCLA, MPH) were married on April 3rd 2010 at the Huntington Beach Hyatt in Huntington Beach, CA.
Many Harvard 99ers came to California to celebrate with the bride and groom. In fact, my old roommates served as part of my "bharat" or groomsmen who literally carried me into the ceremony site. Amongst the heavy lifters: Joahd Toure '99, Mark Arimoto '99, Weston Eguchi '99, Jason Ng '99 and my brother Noaman Vaidya '03.
Among the attendees at the wedding were: Tara Chang '99, Kimi Domoto Reilly '99, Serge Saxonov '99, Alex Wong '99, Blair McLaughlin '99, and Vitaly Dukhon '99.
Several Harvardians couldn't come to California and instead joined us at the reception in Cambridge, including: Elizabeth Buzney '99, MD '03, her husband Eric Rosenthal MD '03, Laura Semerjian Sherman '99, Claire Tseng '99, Ph.D '05, and her husband Eugene Chui '98, Minhaj Siddiqui MD '04, Yousra Fazili M.Div '09, Fauzia Shaikh '09, Abdur-Rehman Syed '99, and Ashika Singh '00.
Carolyn Nguyen '99 and Sarmad Shaikh '98 also attended and graciously hosted many of the groomsmen and the bachelor party.
We honeymooned on the Big Island of Hawai'i, which was absolutely beautiful. And, as if getting married weren't enough of a change as it is, we recently moved to New York City, where I am joining a private practice retinal surgery group called MaculaCare on 72nd and Park. Haneefa will continue her current job at Johnson and Johnson as a Senior Clinical Trial Manager in their R&D division. I also recently became board certified in ophthalmology.
We're really excited for all that lies ahead and would love to have our friends visit us in New York.

Lanhee Chen (1999, COL; 2007, HLS; 2009, GSA) and Cynthia (Fung) Chen (2005, HLS) were married on March 21, 2009 at Bel Air Presbyterian Church in Los Angeles, CA.
Harvard was well represented at the wedding! Among the groomsmen were Shahram H. Elghanayan '99 and Sean M. Memon '99, while bridesmaids included Jane (Kim) Moon '02. Bom S. Kim '00 and Alex N. Wong, J.D. '07 were ushers for the happy occasion.

Lanhee was recently named Deputy Campaign Manager and Policy Director of Republican Steve Poizner's campaign for Governor of California, and starts work there next week.
We're really excited for all that lies ahead (perhaps except for the brutally hot summers in Sacramento) and welcome anyone who wants to visit us up in California's capital city!
